Andrew Murrell observing from Australia using a 20" f5.
NGC 185 has a higher surface brightnesss than it's neighbour NGC 147. These two galaxies are seperated by 1 degree, with NGC 185 being to the west of NGC 147. The galaxy has an apparent diameter of 5' by 3' and shows as quite oval in the eyepiece.
